9.5 miles in 67 minutes
Last day of March!!! Maybe spring will finally show up. Warmed up 2.5 miles down to the Lexington High track, which is now clear of snow, and did 4 x 100m shakeout strides and 4 x 100m accelerations. Then it was 8 x 400m in 3 to 5k pace with 200m rest. All reps were 72-74 seconds and I was happy with that. Did another 3.5 miles of cool down.
