Brief Biography

I started running XC and track my freshman year in high school. I was a walk on at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I would run cross country, indoor, and outdoor track for 3 years. After graduating from college in 2000 with a degree in Microbiology, I continued running competitively on the New England road and track scene.  Now in my 30s, I have expanded my range of events and now compete in all events from track and trail to road racing and even a snowshoe race here and there in the winter. I currently run for the Central Mass Striders (CMS) racing team, based out of Worcester, MA. I now live in Westford, MA with my wife Heather and daughters Caitlyn Grace and Eliza Cecile.
