2/17 Tuesday: Skiing!
Skiing with My buddy Brian And our girls! Too much fun! This was my first day off of the year and was well deserved.
2/18 Wednesday: 9.5 miles in 67 minutes
Warm up 4 miles with a few pick ups / strides. Then 8 x 400 at 5:00 pace (75 sec) with 400 rest at 7:41 pace. Then 1.5 miles warm down.
2/19 Thursday: 11 miles in 81 minutes
Secondary long run at home on the treadmill. Skipped the progression this week.
2/20 Friday: 5 miles in 39 minutes
Running on the treadmill at work. Not feeling good
2/21 Saturday: Sick!!!!
Stomach bug, not looking good for Amherst 10 miler tomorrow.
2/22 Sunday: Sick!!!!
Last night was an epic disaster. I spent most of it in the bathroom. Very disappointed to miss the Amherst 10 Mile race. I have been looking forward to it for a long time.

A wicked shitty week...no joke. I hope next week goes a bit better.
