6/14 Monday: 9 miles in 67 minutes
6/15 Tuesday: AM: 5 miles in 39 minutes PM: 12 miles in 79 minutes
AM: Easy running in the early morning.
PM: 3.5 miles warm-up then 2 x 3 mile at marathon pace with 400m rest after each (17:17, 17:18) 2 miles warm down.
6/16 Wednesday: 9 miles in 68 minutes
6/17 Thursday: AM: 5 miles in 39 minutes PM: 9 miles in 68 minutes
Both runs easy.
6/18 Friday: 8 miles in 61 minutes
6/19 Saturday: 14.6 miles in 2 hours 15 minutes
Mt Washington Road Race. 76th place overall, 70th male, in 1:19:43. Race report to come soon!
6/20 Sunday: Off / Hiking
Hiked the Wildcats. Had a great day and even some wicked weather as a thunderstorm came through while we were up on the ridge.
Totals: 71.6 miles
71.6 miles of running over 6 days, plus over 9 miles of rugged hiking in the White Mountains. A good week!
